A Quick List
Since I have not had time to dedicate to a good post lately, right now included, I will just make a list! Random things, guaranteed.
- Ethan asked me again if we could go to Mexico to get some food (I think that is hilarious)
- I took down The Queen Bee Boutique last night. I am so glad that we did that one. I like the ladies in charge and it is fun to do.
- I set up Oh Sweet Sadie! in Draper. We are in the master closet. Weird? Well, people are stuffed everywhere and I actually like it-- I did not have to carry any table or anything else in, just used the closet fixtures. There is someone else in the other master closet and the bedroom and bathroom are full of vendors as well.
- These Oh Sweet Sadie! boutiques have good food. Dani Lassiter, one of the women in charge, has her grandma come and bring goodies, like truffles, buttermints, chocolate dipped pretzels, etc. THEY ARE DELICIOUS. I bought some of Dani's fresh salsa last week and the only reason I did not eat it all in one sitting is cause I ran out of chips... hahahaha. So good. I heard that her fudge sauce and caramel sauce were delicious as well.
- This weeks OSS has more food selections, including cinnamon roll-ups and granola. Yum.
- Ethan has no cousins of his own, his age. He has to resort to playing with my cousins. Mu little cousin, Harley, and Ethan played last night (they babysat for me) and he had such a great time. I am so happy they can play together!
- My grandma is great. She was willing to leave work in Sugarhouse, drive to my house, babysit for a few hours, and then drive back to work, to work for a few more hours. People would say she is crazy (myself included), but that just demonstrates how willing she is to help out everyone. I could not let her do that, I am sure she would spend $10 in gas helping me out. But thanks grandma!
- I love my cuddly dog. He keeps me warm at night (and my feet, right now)
- Nicole and I have decided to hang out -- no kids-- once a month. We may go out Saturday after I am done taking down OSS and if we do, that will make this the third month in a row that we have stuck to this!
- I like meeting new people, and making friends. I have been stuck doing it my whole life, since my family moved a million times (if you really want to know, I have never lived in the same place longer than 3 years-- this would be St George, for 5th, 6th, and 7th grades)
- Speaking of St. George, one of my close friends (who I suck at keeping in contact with, but could tell you her anniversary and birthdates :) ), Carrie just received a baby. I am SOOOOOOOOO happy for her! She will be a great mom. She has been waiting a long time for this and she deserves it. What a great Mother's Day gift for her! Proud new parents: Carrie and Mike Leavitt. They are a very cute couple, aren't they?!
- My kids let me sleep in this morning. This never happens. Okay, it happens like 3 times a year. But this time, it was until 8. That is amazing for this time of year, when it is lighter earlier and they think they need to wake at 6:30. I did keep them out late, till like 11:30, but that usually makes no difference in when they get up in the morning, unfortunately.
- We had Save the Flow, Save H2O people come yesterday and check out our sprinklers, help us use the right amount of water and have a better lawn. It was well worth it.
- We have pest control coming today. I know, some may consider this a very... umm extra expense. Well, besides the fact that when we first moved in, you could look anywhere and pretty much see a cricket in my house (they are alllll over up here), if you know me, you know I HATE spiders. We have all sorts of ugly spiders. Including LARGE ones. Yup. We have tarantulas. My neighbor thought he would be funny and brought me one crawling on his shovel. Thanks. So we have pest control. Every little bit helps.
My list must come to an end. I have a whole other post for that-- my stupid microwave. STUPID STUPID STUPID. Umm this is the like EIGHTH service on a microwave that we have had in the last two years. I will post later and tell you which nice microwave to NOT buy. FREAK!

Must See!
This weekend's boutique is Oh Sweet Sadie! I am not sure how busy it will be, but I just have to say a few things about it. After I set up our booth tonight, I walked around and marvelled at the talent we have around us here. Seriously, there are such cute things at this show. If I recommended you come to any of our boutiques, please, come to this one. There is art-- all sorts of it, really. Okay so I will start over! There are paintings, photography, an AWESOME sketch of Christ , jewelry (like Dear Lizzie style!), awesome knit items, Jeans, as in True Religion, etc, cutest magnet boards ever (haha besides mine, j/k Dani) from Scraps Decor. She also sells other really cute things, like scriptures, art boxes, etc. I can really go on and on. This place is supposed to be kid friendly, so if you have to bring your kids, there is a play area that is supervised. PLEASE COME!!!!
Directions: From Bangerter, go west on 13400 South. Go past Smith's, and its the street after the skate park-- Mirabella. Turn South. Then turn west on 13980 S or Desert Star Lane. The house is the Desert Point Builders model home, hard to miss, since I am sure there will be cars and the place has big purple and yellow flags. I will be there tomorrow, so come say hi if you come then.
Oh yeah, and our new line is making a debut there as well. Check out the pics: http://bagtagz.blogspot.com/.

Kids' Blogs
So I really have the kids' blogs so I can make a memory book out of them, and then its nice for family who live away to see. So I just made those two private. I am delighted for people I know to be invited to see those two blogs, so if you like to see their cute happenings, then leave me a comment and I will invite you.
